You can conveniently and effectively manage your team, clients, jobs and paperwork in one place without software installation. The Reportly App is integrated with smart features, such as talk-to-text voice assistance, report and quote templates and checklists, to help you quickly and effortlessly turn an inspection into a designer report.

Data is synced in near real time to ensure you and your team maintain visibility and control over jobs whether working on the desktop console called Reportly Cloud or the iOS App.

This smart all-in-one solution has been created for Field Inspectors, Insurance Assessors, Contractors, Auditors, Loss Adjusters, Consultants, Property and Facility managers who want a quicker and better way of getting through the admin of their roles. Created from real experience by industry professionals, Reportly comes with practical features to help teams up their performance.

Reportly® Cloud is the control tower overseeing your team's operations. It's an all-in one cloud console to manage job allocation, user roles and privileges, report and quote templates, checklists, clients, analytics and performance. If you or your inspectors are on the go, why not use the App? Data is synced securely between the two and in near real time.

Available to download for iPhone and iPad, the application has been purposely built to replace both paper forms and computers. It is designed to let you work freely from wherever work takes you. The App has 3 key roles:

1 Your smart office. Manage jobs, bookings,clients, reports, quotes and email from within the App.

2 Your personal assistant. Stay on top of your workload, new job notifications and reminders, make calls within the App, book a job and use map navigation to get to your next appointment.

3 Your reporting studio. Complete predefined inspection checklists, add or update content via the voice assistant feature and add markups, tags and comments to aerials and photos without a computer.

The free trial is intended to help you explore its features and their compatibility with your business goals for 30 days. When you sign up for the free trial your Account will automatically be configured to support up to 4 Users, including the Team Administrator, to one of the plans available: Basic, Pro or Legend.

Each User will be entitled to 10 reports and 10 quotes, to a maximum of 40 per free trial. The allocation is non-transferable. You can upgrade your account to a paid plan at any time during the free trial period.
When you upgrade, your free trial will end and your account data will be carried over to your existing or new plan if you chance your selection. You will be charged at the time of the change request and your next auto-renewal date will be in 30 days.

If you change your Plan, or the number of Users, at any time during the free trial period, this will terminate your free trial and a new monthly subscription will commence based on the monthly rate of your Plan selection times the number of active Users. All users in your team must have the same plan, it is not possible for different team members to be signed up to different plans.

Eligibility criteria

1 You have never had a subscription with Reportly® previously.
2 You have not previously signed up for the free trial.
3 You have verified a valid email.
4 You have accepted the Terms of Use.

Your free trial ends when one of the following occurs:

1 You have used the 10 reports and quotes, or 40 for your team.
2 The 30 day trial period has ended since you signed up.
3 You upgrade or cancel your Account.

Yes.You can switch plans and/or increase the number of users at any time after starting your free trial. You can upgrade to a paid plan through My Account dashboard. You must be the Team Administrator to make this change. The following conditions apply depending on when you upgrade:

If you upgrade before the trial is over. You can continue to use the resources you created during the Free Trial without interruption.

If you upgrade within 14 days of the end of the trial, called the grace period, you can resume your subscription and access to the resources you created during the trial without interruption.

If you do not upgrade within the 14-days grace period after the end of the trial, all resources will be permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved. If you wish to continue using Reportly® you will have to create a new account.

No. Although a valid credit card is required when you sign up for the free trial on our website, you will not be charged until the last day of the free trial period. We will send you at least 2 email reminders, 7 and 2 days prior to you being charged. You’ll need to check your email, including the spam folder, for any reminder emails we might send you before your plan auto-renews. If you do not wish to continue to a paid subscription please cancel your free trial through My Account dashboard at least 2 days before the auto-renewal date which is clearly displayed in My Account.

Reportly provides three options for sharing reports. For comprehensive reports, use a PDF or web page format, which will allow you to add 30 photos and advanced features like checklists and headlines to the final output. If you need to get an update with only the key details across to a client, use a Flash report to send a quick professionally formatted email, which includes up to 12 photos.

Perfect for prompt updates or lightweight assessments, a flash report is a professionally formatted email attached with up to 12 photos. Before shooting off your email, use the voice assistant feature to quickly add comments to highlight key details in each photo. Flash reports are a swift way to share intel and expedite decisions to get on with the next steps.

PDF.

A PDF report will help you capture and share all the comprehensive details of an inspection. Add up to 30 photos and use advanced features such as checklists, templates, headlines, aerials to make your report stand out. Work solo or share with your team for proofreading, editing and sending. .

Online .

Just like a PDF report, a web page report comes with the ability to add up to 30 photos and use advanced features. However, being more interactive, an online report is displayed as a web page, allowing clients to move between different sections of your report with ease. Reports are easy to print and download.

No. Reportly is cloud based and there is no need to install or maintain any software. A reliable internet connection is all you need to work in Reportly Cloud via a laptop or desktop. The App can be downloaded from the App Store. Upgrades are be automatic to give you peace of mind that you are always working with the latest version.

There is no hard and fast rule here. The only certainty is that by having the right tools in one place and synced to the Cloud will give your team significant efficiencies and advantages over other methods.

Yes. With theme builder you can create several styles to suit your reporting needs. The key elements that can be updated include: Main brand colour, font type, headline style, order of content order, cover photo and photos.

We are hard at work to expand the theme library, more styles are coming soon.

Creating photos and reports that are Instagram-worthy requires next to no effort compared to using old school computer programs. Snap a few shots with your iPhone or iPad and upload them to your report. The App will automatically resize them all in a few seconds and leave them ready for you to add tags and comments using voice to text.

Photos can be easily adjusted with one finger, zoom-in to get greater detail, crop the unwanted parts, use on-screen markups with arrows, lines, text in various colours and thicknesses. You'll be amazed what can be done with a few taps.

You can also group your images to give your reports greater structure and capture the reader's attention.

Most of these features are available for aerials also, except grouping. Multiple copies of the aerial can be repeated to allow you to markup and highlight different elements in each shot.

All Plans have the same core features included by default such as job management and bookings, whilst other more advanced features are plan dependant.

If your business is all about carrying out inspections and putting reports together, the Basic plan may be for you. You can switch between plans as the need arises.

The Pro plan includes access to both the reporting and quoting module and is perfect for businesses that carry out inspections and also issue quotes or estimates to complete additional works, such as remedial repairs, conduct further investigations or provide more advanced services on top of the preliminary assessment.

The Legend Plan has the added advantage of giving you a deeper understanding of the running of the business. The performance dashboard provides useful analytics about your workload, clients and team members. Charts provide a great visual representation of the total number of jobs broken down per status allowing you to follow-up on ageing or overlooked jobs. Filter the job view by client and event inspector to have total clarity about who is doing what, when and how fast. Master your business benchmarks to drive measurable improvements.

Payments are securely managed by Stripe, a global leader in online payments. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. More payment options are coming soon.

Yes. You can adjust the number of users in your plan at any time to match the business needs. Users can be made inactive to prevent access and stop ongoing billing. These users will be kept in your list of registered team members so that you can easily reactivate them when you need to.

Add users at any time and only pay for what they use on the first month. For instance, if you add extra users in day 10 of your billing cycle you'll be charged the pro-rated amount, or part month, from day 10 to day 30. If you want these users to have ongoing access they'll be added to your monthly auto-renewable subscription until you make changes or cancel.

Yes. Prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST, sales tax.

Through My Account. Plans are flexible and with no contract. You may cancel your plan at any time through My Account settings at least 48 hours before the next auto-renewal date. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period.

Access to the service will be immediately suspended for all users on the cancellation date. At the end of your current subscription period, your plan will be automatically put on hold for 14 days, you can resume your subscription at any time during this 'grace period' through My Accounts settings by clicking the Cancel link and following the prompts.

Yes. Reportly has a built-in email engine to send reports to your clients in your prefer format, PDF, online or as a fantastic flash email. You can add or remove recipients.
